About Us

We currently manage over 15 Airbnb properties across Coventry and Warwickshire, offering two flexible services to landlords: property rental or property management.

Option 1: Rent the Property


Under this arrangement, we agree to a contract—typically up to three years—during which we cover the landlord’s rent, utilities, and council tax. In some cases, we may also carry out a light refurbishment to enhance the property. The landlord receives a guaranteed monthly payment throughout the contract period, while we take full responsibility for the property. This includes managing all maintenance, handling day-to-day operations, and accommodating our own trusted clients, ensuring a hands-off, worry-free experience for the landlord.

Option 2: Management

Property Management: £450 Onboarding Fee 

Monthly Fee: 15% of Total Payout

HOW IT WORKS

  • We view your property, discuss your requirements, and if your property suits our criteria, we will offer either our management service, or to take the Property over completely.

  • We pay all utilities & bills (Option 1)

  • We conduct regular inspections, use our trustworthy cleaners, and if needed employ gardeners.

  • We are fully insured, keep up to date with legislation and are members of various governing bodies.

  • We deal with all tenant viewing, security checks, contracts and any issues.

  • We provide a cosmetic refurbishment to uplift your property free of charge if needed. (Option 1)

  • We fully manage the property and take care of minor maintenance at no cost. (Option 1)

  • We can offer you with several options once the term finishes, one of which for Clarendon Property Solutions to purchase your property.
